Pros:

Natural Appearance: HD lace is ultra-thin and virtually undetectable against the skin, providing a seamless and natural-looking hairline. This makes it ideal for creating a realistic and natural appearance, especially in close-up or high-definition photography and videography.

Breathability: Despite its thinness, HD lace maintains good breathability, allowing air to flow through the scalp and preventing discomfort or irritation, particularly in hot or humid conditions.

Comfort: Due to its lightweight and soft texture, HD lace offers a comfortable wearing experience, even for extended periods.

Cons:

Durability: HD lace, being ultra-thin, may be more prone to tearing or damage compared to thicker lace materials. Care must be taken during handling, installation, and maintenance to prevent tears or rips.

Price: HD lace tends to be more expensive than traditional lace materials due to its specialised manufacturing process and high-quality appearance. This can be a consideration for those on a budget.

Monofilament

Monofilament Wig: This type of wig features a cap construction where the hair is individually hand-tied to a sheer mesh material, mimicking the look of natural hair growth, and allowing for versatile, multi-directional styling options. Monofilament wigs are also for those experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment or alopecia, have a sensitive scalp, or who simply desire the most natural looking comfortable wigs available today.

Single and Double Knots

Single Knotting: This method involves individually knotting each hair onto the wig lace, creating a highly realistic appearance. With one strand per knot, meticulous attention is given to crafting a natural hairline. Single knots appear smaller than double knots, contributing to their enhanced realism in comparison.

Silk Top

Silk Top: This involves adding a layer of silk material between the wig cap and the hair strands. This silk layer mimics the appearance of a natural scalp, providing a realistic look where the hair is parted. The silk material allows for the hair strands to be individually hand-tied onto it, creating the illusion of hair growing directly from the scalp. This results in a seamless and natural-looking hairline, making the wig indistinguishable from natural hair.

Our Wig Caps:

1. Single Monofilament Open Wefted Cap: In a single monofilament cap, there is only one layer of fine mesh material providing the realistic scalp appearance at the crown area or parting. The rest of the cap will be constructed with open wefted weft extensions, providing breathability and comfort.

2. Double Monofilament Open Wefted Cap: A double monofilament cap features an additional layer of monofilament material, resulting in two layers of fine mesh. This additional layer enhances the realism of the scalp appearance and increases the cap’s durability and longevity. The rest of the cap will be constructed with open wefted weft extensions, providing breathability and comfort.

3. Monofilament Hand Tied Cap: Full Monofilament: This wig has most of the cap of the wig made of monofilament material. There are no wefts. This allows for complete versatile styling options, as all the hair can be parted in any direction for a very realistic look.

4. Monofilament Top, Lace Front, Closed Wefted Cap, 1” Lace Front: This type of wig combines the realism of a monofilament top and lace front, the natural movement of hand-tied hair, and the density of closed wefting for a comfortable and realistic wearing experience with a seamless hairline. The back portion of the wig features closed wefts. Closed wefting means that these wefts are sewn tightly together, providing a denser and fuller appearance at the back of the wig, additional durability, and support. Connected to the monofilament top is a lace front, which means that the hair is knotted to a fine lace material at the front of the wig, in this case, the 1” Lace Front. This creates a seamless and natural-looking hairline, allowing the wig to be worn with confidence without revealing the wig’s edge.

5. Monofilament Wefted Wig (5×5” Mono): This wig cap features a 5×5 inch monofilament section at the crown area, providing a realistic scalp appearance where the hair is parted. The rest of the cap is constructed with wefts on a closed cap, offering durability.

6. 6 inch HD Swiss Lace Top Wig Cap: This cap has a 6-inch Swiss lace section at the top, allowing for a natural and seamless hairline. The HD lace is attached to the hairline. HD refers to high-definition lace, which is thinner and more undetectable than regular lace, providing a more realistic look and covers the ear-to-ear area.

7. Single Knots 5 inch Lace Front Wig Cap: This is a closed cap featuring single knots at the lace front, which provides a natural and realistic hairline appearance. The lace front extends 5 inches, allowing for versatile styling options. The wig comes with closed ear tabs and wig combs for added security.

8. HD Full Lace Wig Cap: This cap is made entirely of high-definition lace, providing a natural look and allowing for versatile styling options. Full lace caps offer the most flexibility in styling as the hair can be parted in any direction. The mid-section has a stretchy material for added comfort fitting.

Our medical wig caps all come with some silicone and are specifically designed for individuals experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions or treatments such as chemotherapy or alopecia.
